Refund Policy
At HOF Migration, we are committed to providing transparent and fair terms regarding payments and refunds.
1. General Refund Terms
- All service fees paid to HOF Migration cover consultation, advisory, documentation, and processing support.
- Once services have commenced—including consultations, document review, case assessment, or application preparation—fees are non-refundable.
2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be offered only in the following limited situations:
- If HOF Migration has not initiated any work on your case within 10 working days of payment.
- If the service you purchased cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to HOF Migration.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You change your mind after service commencement
- Visa refusal due to government decision, background issues, misrepresentation, or changes in your personal circumstances
- Failure to provide required documents, information, or follow-up details
- Delays from government authorities, embassies, or third parties
- If the client chooses to discontinue, pause, or abandon the immigration process
4. Government Fees
All government fees (such as visa application fees, ECA fees, medical exams, police certificates, etc.) are non-refundable and are controlled by the respective authorities, not HOF Migration.
5. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@hofmigration.com.Approved refunds will be processed within 21-30 working days, using the original method of payment.
