Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the timeframes and conditions under which you may cancel services ordered from HOF Migration.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
- Clients may request cancellation within 7 days of payment, provided that no work has been initiated on the case.
- If any service component has started—such as case assessment, consultations, documentation, or application preparation—cancellation will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Accepting Cancellations
A cancellation may be accepted only if:
- No consultation has taken place
- No documents have been reviewed or requested
- No case file has been opened in our internal system
- No service-related work has been performed
If any of the above actions have occurred, the service is considered “commenced” and cannot be cancelled.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, email us at info@hofmigration.com with:
- Full name
- Service purchased
- Payment receipt
- Reason for cancellatio
Our team will confirm eligibility within 5 working days.
4. After Cancellation
If the cancellation request is approved and meets the conditions above:
- A refund will be processed based on the Refund Policy stated above
- Refunds will be issued within 21-30 working days
